Alternative Schooling is an adult visual novel with strong taboo and kink elements.

The Story

You’ve just graduated college and its the day of the reading of your late father’s will. At stake is control of the family fortune, and when that falls to you as trustee of the state, your stepmother and sisters are none too pleased. It’s bad enough you’re in charge of the money, but then it’s discovered the trust requires you to cut off the girls from all funds if they don’t get college degrees! Considering they all dropped out of high school, thinking they’d be rich, this could be a problem.

Alternative Schooling allows you to explore several different BDSM dynamics and your choices really matter.

Your goal is to get each of the girls back on track, and you can do this either platonically or through a BDSM dynamic. Each of the girls has a different BDSM subtype (pun intended) — you’ll find everyone from a masochistic brat to degradation sluts and littles.

The game is based on the Alternative Schooling short story, but begins as a sort of prequel.

Summer, one of the Twins, sure has changed, with the purple hair, black lipstick, and angry attitude. Can you get her back on track and discover the secret behind why she’s spending tens of thousands of dollars a month?

Customization

The main character’s name, as well as all of the girl’s and many other characters’ names are fully customizable by first and last name. In addition, for many characters you can set:

  • Nickname: informal by friends and family (Sam for Samantha, for instance)
  • Petname: used by the main character in BDSM situations
  • Private Title: how the girl refers to you in private situations (Master, for example)
  • Public Title: how the girl refers to you in public where the private title might be inappropriate (Sir, for example)
The other Twin, Spring, has become shy and reserved.

Choices Matter

We’re tracking a lot about each girl, her attributes, and her attitude toward the main character. Each of these can go up or down based on your choices:

  • Affection – How much she likes you (this can go negative)
  • Attraction – How much she wants you (combined with Affection, hate-fucks are a thing)
  • Fear – How afraid of you she is. Some of the girls have a positive reaction to fear, others negative.
  • Submission – How deeply submissive to you she is.
  • Miffed – The girls can get irritated with your choices and this will affect their attitude and willingness.
Samantha’s your best friend’s little sister. She doesn’t really need your school’s “special curriculum” but that doesn’t mean she’s lacking in reasons for wanting it.

In addition, each girl starts with different interests and preferences, all of which can be influenced by training and experience.
